Marguerite's recipe has been slightly modified to make this coffee bean biscuit. It's so wonderful to melt it in the mouth. After a little bitterness, the fragrance is not sweet at all~
Step1:The yolk is crushed through a sieve.
Step2:Sift the yolk for later use.
Step3:Soften the butter at room temperature until you can easily poke a hole with your fingers. Then add the sugar powder. Use the eggbeater to beat it at a low speed until the color is lighter and the volume is bigger and fluffy.
Step4:Mix the butter and the sifted yolk.
Step5:Sift in starch, low gluten flour, cocoa powder and coffee powder, add a little condensed milk, and make dough by hand.
Step6:Use your hands to make oval balls. Then use the cutter to press a seam in the middle. Drain into baking tray.
Step7:Bake in the preheated oven at 170 ℃ for 10 to 15 minutes.
