Step1:Blanch the spareribs with appropriate amount of water. Put cooking wine in the water. Skim the foam when rolling. Remove the spareribs for use.
Step2:Put the oil in the hot pot. Put in the ice sugar. Stir fry it into the sauce, then put in the ribs, stir fry and color. Add ginger slices.
Step3:Stir fry well and add soy sauce. Then add boiling water to the ribs. Start seasoning. Add anise and some salt. Close the pot and collect the sauce. Sprinkle with Scallion after cooking.
