Step1:Clean the ink bucket, put oil in the pot, heat it and stir fry it with scallion, ginger, dried red pepper, pour in the cleaned ink bucket, put about a spoon of soybean paste after the ink bucket changes color, collect the juice in high heat, thicken the juice and then out of the pot.
Cooking tips:1. You can add some garlic. But I didn't put garlic because monkeys don't like it. Parents can add some garlic. 2. I use Haitian soybean paste; 3. The ink is not boiled in advance. The juice is mixed with soybean paste. After the fire is concentrated, it becomes ink paste. It tastes good. It can be used on steamed bread. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
