I'm losing weight recently. I'm not used to the main food without salty taste, such as milk and yoghurt as breakfast. So I'll make a salty oatmeal as breakfast. Staple food, vegetables, mushroom and meat are included. They are nutritious. Oatmeal is added to make the porridge thick. If you don't like it, you can skip oatmeal and oatmeal. It's OK to use rice.
