It's a golden crispy layer on the outside. It's crumbling after a bite. It's a soft biscuit with butter flavor. It's mixed with peanuts with crispness on the inside. It's addictive.
Step1:Take a clean oil-free frying pan. Pour in 100g peeled peanuts. Dry fry over low heat. Fry until golden and fragrant. Cool and set aside (or buy roasted peanuts directly on the market).
Step2:Put the fried peanuts into a dense bag. Use a rolling pin to crush them into small granules.
Step3:Add 70g sugar powder to 90g salt free butter softened at room temperature in advance. Beat it with egg beater until it is fluffy and white.
Step4:Add 2 yolks in 2 times. Make sure that the yolk and butter are well blended. Add the second yolk until all are well mixed.
Step5:Add 130g of sifted low gluten flour and 1g of salt, mix well and form dough.
Step6:Pour in 100g chopped peanuts. Continue mixing.
Step7:The dough is divided into 15g each. Knead it into small balls by hand. Press gently. Put it on the baking tray with tin paper laid in advance. Brush the yolk liquid with a brush.
Step8:Garnish with a little cooked black sesame. Put it in the oven that has been preheated to 175 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes. Peanut crispy.
