I want to eat duck when I wake up in the weekend afternoon. I went out to buy duck meat and came back to do it myself.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Wash the duck meat and blanch it in boiling water. After blanching, rinse the blood clots with cold water for use.

  2. Step2:Cut ginger, garlic and dried chilli for use.
