I want to eat duck when I wake up in the weekend afternoon. I went out to buy duck meat and came back to do it myself.
Step1:Wash the duck meat and blanch it in boiling water. After blanching, rinse the blood clots with cold water for use.
Step2:Cut ginger, garlic and dried chilli for use.
Step3:Heat the pot. Pour in the oil. Add in the ginger, garlic and chilli to fry it.
Step4:After the ingredients are fried and fragrant, pour in the washed duck. Fry for about 58 minutes. Fry the duck fat to produce oil.
Step5:Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add some bean paste and cooking wine. Continue to fry for 3 minutes until the duck fragrance overflows.
Step6:Add fresh water without duck meat. Simmer over high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 25 minutes.
Step7:Add salt. Stir fry the garlic until the juice is collected. It's ready to serve.
