This dish is seen in Lin Yilun's Gourmet book. It's simple and easy to make. It's fresh, green and moving. It's refreshing and appetizing.
Step1:Wash garlic moss and cut into sections. Cut into 4cm sections.
Step2:Add a little salad oil and a little salt to the water. Boil the water and blanch the garlic moss for 3 minutes. Remove and control the water.
Step3:Put the black sesame into the grinding pot. Gently crush it. Crush the sesame. You can smell the fragrance.
Step4:Add sugar, water, soy sauce and stir in black sesame.
Step5:Mix the seasoning in the garlic moss. Mix well.
