Cooking Steps

   Step1:One A kind of First wash the chicken gizzards and slice them thinly. Then wash them again and put them in the bowl (Fig. 1). Add a little salt, soy sauce and ginger to marinate them to taste delicious.

   Step3:3 A kind of Heat the oil in a hot pot and fry the ginger and garlic. Pour in chicken gizzards, add a little soy sauce and cooking wine, stir fry the chicken gizzards. Make sure the fire is big enough. Add a little salt to the chicken gizzards and stir fry the chicken gizzards over small hea
