Step1:Put the ingredients in Corning Corelle's plate.
Step2:Peeled ginger. Put it in Corning Corelle plate and cut diamond pieces. Corning Corelle plate is made of zero pore material. Stains are not easy to remain. Step3:Clean the dust on the surface of Agaricus blazei. Put it into Corning vision crystal pot. Soak in warm water for 30 minutes. Remove.
Step4:Drain the ribs under the water tap and wash them. Then put them into the Corning vision crystal pot. Pour in water and soak for 30 minutes (it needs to be turned a few times in the middle. Soak the blood water in the ribs to remove the fishy smell). Then put them under the water tap and wash them.
Step5:Put the soaked spareribs in the Corning vision crystal pot again. Put in 2 pieces of ginger slices and pour in 1 / 2 tbsp rice wine. Then pour in some water. Put them on the Corning electric pottery furnace and turn on the switch. Turn to medium heat.
Step6:Cover and cook until slightly open, turn off the fire, take out, and then rinse off the surface foam with clean water.
Step7:Blanched spareribs, marinated Agaricus blazei, marinated Agaricus blazei and ginger slices are put into the dividing plate of Corning tableware.
Step8:Put the spareribs, Agaricus blazei and the rest of the ginger slices into the cleaned Corning vision crystal pot. Put them on the Corning electric pottery stove.
Step9:Pour in the water soaked in Agaricus blazei mushroom (the amount of water is only half of the spareribs).
Step10:Then put in 1 / 2 tbsp of Guangdong rice wine, 2 tbsp of raw soy sauce, 1 / 2 tbsp of old soy sauce, 2 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp of sugar. Mix with chopsticks.
Step11:Cover. Turn on the switch of Corning electric pottery furnace. Adjust to medium fire.
Step12:Boil up and turn down the fire.
Step13:Stew for 60 minutes (stir twice or three times in the middle of the process to help the ribs taste and color).
Step14:In 50 minutes, open the lid and pour in starch. Turn the medium heat to dry the soup.
Step15:Pour in 1 tbsp corn oil before leaving the pot.
Step16:Cover and simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Stew the ribs with Agaricus blazei.
Cooking tips:1. It's better to buy the front row ribs. The meat in the front row is tender and smooth. I use four front rows here. Take the middle part. 2. Ribs are washed, soaked, blanched and frothed. Only in this way can the fishy smell of ribs be completely removed. The stewed meat taste is more fragrant. 3. Don't pour out the water soaked in Agaricus blazei. Replace the water when stewing the ribs. The ribs are more fragrant. Because the Corning vision crystal pot releases far-infrared heat when it is heated, which can keep the food juicy. Therefore, when cooking with Corning vision crystal pot, the water consumption is less than that of other pots. Put the water into half of the ribs. 4. When stewing the spareribs, mix them twice or three times in the middle of the way, so as to help them taste and color. 5. At the end of the collection, salt, sugar and soy sauce can be added according to personal taste to make the dishes mellow and fragrant. 6. In order to make the ribs taste better and better
