Step1:Heat the butter in a dry container until it's all melted and slightly cool for a while. If it's too hot, it's easy to scald the eggs.
Step2:Use a mixing basin. It can be larger. I use a non stick pot. It's more convenient and non stick pot. Pour in flour, sugar powder and beat in an egg.
Step3:Pour the butter and stir. Put on the gloves and stir directly by hand. I feel a little dry at firs
Step4:It's like kneading flour all the time. It will become like this finally. You can pour in cranberries and dry them.
Step5:If the purchased Cranberry is a little big, you can cut it slightly. The smaller the grain, the more uniform it will be. Then mix it well. If there is a grinder after mixing, first use oil paper to pad it. Then pour the cranberry into the grinder and fill it tightly. Take it out together with the oil paper and put it into the refrigerator to freeze for about 20 minutes, then take it out. Cut it into pieces. Each piece is about 3mm thick. The significance of freezing is that it is easy to cut the block because the material is very soft and can't be cut. If the ice is too long, it will be too hard and can't move. I think 20 minutes is just right after the test. You can also add or subtract some time according to your own situation.
Step6:I forgot to take photos here, because I don't have any abrasive tools. I just put the kneaded materials on the oil paper and knead the long strip with my hands (it must be pinched tightly) and then put it into the freezer together with the oil paper for 20 minutes. Take out the cut piece. I cut pieces on oiled paper. The oven needs to be padded with oil paper. Put the materials evenly with gaps. Because the biscuits will spread to the side after heating, so there should be space between biscuits.
Step7:Bake between 150190 degrees for 20 minutes. Large oven temperature can be higher. Small oven temperature is recommended to be lower.
Step8:It's the same thing with chocolate
Step9:Chocolate is a little dry because of the lack of butter. It's not afraid of oil. Without oil, it's a bit hard. The taste is a little bit poor. But what you make is better than what you buy
Step10:It's self-made and hygienic without preservatives. The steps are very simple. Try it quickly
