Step1:Wash the Wumei, hawthorn, licorice and soak for half an hour. Add water into the pot and put in the soaked things. Heat for 40 minutes. Turn down the heat and add in the ice sugar, Chinese wolfberry and jujube. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and muffle the first pot. Pour the sour plum soup out of the pot and boil it with water for the second time. Add in the ice sugar for the second time. Put the two together and refrigerate for drinking.
