I'm sure you're not new to Shengqiao. Everyone in Japan should have eaten it. It's very expensive and sweet. Most of it uses milk chocolate. A small part is bitter chocolate. Since entering the baking circle, I've been making my own tricks. I don't need to pay high price any more, and the taste is better.
Step1:In the middle of a piece of oiled paper. Put a 15cm ✖️ 15 cm square die. Draw a square along the bottom of the die. Then turn the oil paper over.
Step2:Fold a square according to the drawn line after turning over. Use scissors (as shown in the picture) to cut one opening at each corner.
Step3:Put the cut oil paper into the mold.
Step4:Put the bitter chocolate and milk chocolate in a large glass bowl. Add the water.
Step5:Pour the cream into the milk pot. Heat it over a low heat until the cream boils and bubbles in the middle.
Step6:Turn off the heat quickly after the cream is boiled. Pour it into the chocolate bowl immediately.
Step7:Cover the other bowl. Keep it for about two minutes.
Step8:Use the hand eggbeater to stir evenly. If there is any chocolate that can not melt, please don't worry. Keep stirring in hot water until it is completely dissolved.
Step9:Add the butter softened at room temperature in advance. Stir it again with a hand beater until the butter is completely melted.

Step12:The mixed chocolate sauce is very delicate and smooth. It can flow smoothly when picked up by hand beater.
Step13:Pour into a prepared mold. Refrigerate for one night.
Step14:Spread oilpaper on the table top. Dry some cocoa powder. Take out the frozen chocolate. Tear off the oilpaper. Buckle it on the oilpaper sprinkled with cocoa powder.
Step15:This mold is a 15 cm square. So I use a ruler to divide it equally into 5 squares with 3 cm sides ✖️ Five is 25 yuan. The picture on my home page is divided into 5 parts ✖️ six point three zero Block. You can decide how many blocks to divide according to the size of the box. Draw lines with toothpicks after dividing. Dry with hot water with a sharp knife and cut into pieces.
Step16:After cutting, sift the cocoa powder evenly.

Cooking tips:Pay attention when melting in hot water. As long as the chocolate melts completely, take the bowl out of the hot water immediately. Don't put it in the hot water all the time. It will separate the oil and water for a long time. It's melting in hot water. Don't put the chocolate bowl in the pot to boil. Once the water temperature is too high, it will also lead to the separation of the oil and water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
