The perfect black forest cake. It combines the acidity of cherry, the sweetness of cream, and the mellow flavor of cherry wine. It can stand all kinds of tastes. Obviously, my ingredients are not so elegant. There is no cherry wine. The ingredients are strawberries. The first time I tried to make a black forest, it's because I like to watch the cake put on a white shirt and then put on the beautiful chocolate chip coat. Will it make people think?
Step1:The protein and yolk of two eggs were separated. Add 30g white granulated sugar into the protein in several times. Beat the protein until it is stiff.
Step2:Break up the yolk. Add 10 grams of sugar and mix well. Add oil, milk, sift in low flour and cocoa powder. Mix well to make batter.
Step3:Add the beaten protein into the batter in several times. Turn it up from the bottom until the protein and batter are evenly mixed.
Step4:Take out the six inch cake mold. Put a layer of oil paper on the bottom and pour in the batter. Shake the bottom a few times. Shake the bubbles out.
Step5:Preheat the oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees. As shown in the figure. Then cut 2 knives into 3 pieces for standby.
Step6:Spread the whipped cream over the cake. Spread a layer of chopped strawberries. Spread another layer of cream. Continue to add a layer of cake. Repeat the previous steps. Finally, spread a layer of cream on the outside of the whole cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the outside (I use a plane to scrape out the chips on the chocolate block. It's easier). Decorate the cake as you like. The finished product is shown in the figure.
