For my husband on Valentine's day. Eight inch square. Nine inch mold. It's not that thick. I cut two pieces. When the cake was baked, I found that the cream was not enough. Cut four pieces of six inches with hard hands.

Cooking ingredients

sugar (whipped cream):25g

sugar powder (egg white):50g

sugar (boiled water):40g

clear water (boiled sugar water):100g

Cooking Steps
