The shrimps from the salt field of Jiling Island, which are natural and without additives, are big, tasty, beautifully packed, frozen and fresh-keeping. Making a steamed dish is more healthy and delicious.
Step1:Salted shrimp to shrimp line wash with cooking wine and salt marinate for a while.
Step2:Yuzi tofu is cut from the middle. The whole tofu is poured out at both ends.
Step3:Cut it into about 1cm thick pieces and put them on the plate.
Step4:Put a shrimp on each piece of tofu. Decorate it with peas in the middle. Steam for about 5 minutes. Don't take too long. Tofu and shrimp are not fresh.
