Kwai Chi's fast food. You can do all the ingredients. This dish has less oil and salt. It's suitable for light taste. If you want to make heavy taste, you can steam without salt and with chopped pepper.
Step1:Remove the fascia from the chicken breast.
Step2:Black fungus is soaked in hot water.
Step3:Slice the chicken breast along the lines. It's about 1cm thick.
Step4:Pour the cooking wine into the chicken breast.
Step5:Add some salt. According to your taste, from less to more. Don't put salt all at once.
Step6:Add some light soy sauce.
Step7:Add some black pepper. Just a little bit. Put more if you like.
Step8:Add starch.
Step9:Add some oyster sauce.
Step10:Stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for more than half an hour.
Step11:Soak the black fungus and cut it into silk.
Step12:Mix well. Put the chicken breast into a small flat plate. Spread it evenly on the plate.
Step13:High heat. Steam the steamer. Put in the chicken breast. Cover and steam for 57 minutes. Then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step14:Steam sesame oil and pour in.
Step15:Put on the green onion and red pepper. Pour in the sesame oil. Eat while it's hot. There will be the taste of fish.
Cooking tips:The spoon is for soup. It's not for soup. Salt should be added according to your taste. Don't add dead salt all at once. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
