It's just a whim to eat a soft potato. But it's not my style to eat vegetables alone. Season with a chicken. Eat a different chicken.
Step1:Wash the chicken and chop into chunks of the same size.

Step5:Pour beer into the chicken. Boil over high heat.
Step6:Pour the potatoes into the pot. Mix well with the chicken. Simmer for 7 minutes with high heat. Then simmer for 10 minutes with low heat. When the potatoes are stewed soft, add pepper, onion and garlic and mix well.
Cooking tips:1. Add cooking wine when frying chicken pieces. 2. Some can also be boiled chicken first and then fried to make delicious dishes.
