Step1:Use a brush to clean the matsutake.
Step2:Cut into slices of the right size.
Step3:Sausages. Put some peanut oil into the pot. Heat the oil and stir fry the chopped sausage.
Step4:Add in the matsutake and stir fry until the matsutake is ripe.
Step5:Add in the washed rice and stir fry. Pour in three tablespoons of raw rice and drain until dry.
Step6:Put all the ingredients in the casserole.
Step7:Add as much water as you usually cook. After the fire is over, turn the medium and small fire to cover and heat for about 15 minutes.
Step8:Turn off the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, then open the lid and serve.
