This is the fifth time. I think it's more successful. The first four were not perfect.

Step5:Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Turn to medium low heat and stir fry evenly.
Step6:Add the prepared hot water (800ml). Add the star anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves. After boiling, turn to medium low heat and cook for 3040 minutes. When the juice is about to be collected, put in a proper amount of salt. Not too much. The old soy sauce is a little salty. Collect the juice in a big fire.
Cooking tips:1. Make sure to put cooking wine after boiling water. Otherwise, the braised pork is a little fishy and greasy. 2. Make sure to use a small fire to boil sugar. Put more ice sugar. Otherwise, it won't color. Of course. Don't be too many. Don't be sweet. 3. After pouring in hot water, be sure to boil it. Turn to medium or low heat to cook. Otherwise, the meat is not rotten or the cooking is delicious.
