During the Spring Festival, relatives and friends come to visit us and decide to prepare snacks. We like salty biscuits. So we make scallion biscuits.
Step1:Put the sugar powder, sugar and salt into the softened butter. Use the eggbeater to beat them into feather shape, fluffy and light color.
Step2:Break up the eggs. Put them into butter three times. Beat the beater until the egg mixture and butter are completely combined. There must be no separation of egg liquid and butter.
Step3:Cut up the shallots, put them in batches, and sun in the low gluten flour. Stir well. It's OK without white flour.
Step4:Put it in the flower mounting bag. I use the medium size mouth mounting.
Step5:Extrude. Circle forming.
Step6:Put it into the preheated 190 degree oven. Change the direction of the baking plate when it is 5.6 minutes, so that the baking temperature is even. Bake for 12 minutes and color it. Every oven is different. Watch carefully. Just color it. If you feel soft in the middle after cooling, you can bake in the oven for a few minutes.
Step7:After baking and coloring, take it out and cool it.
