Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Put corn oil, milk and jujube sand together in a stainless steel basin. Put the stainless steel basin in a pot with water. Heat it with water separated. Stir evenly.

   Step2:Take the basin out of the water. Add the egg mixture. Mix well.

3. 

   Step3:Add sugar. Sift in flour and baking powder.

4. 

   Step4:Stir evenly. Do not over rub.

5. 

   Step5:Divide the dough into small pieces. Press out the shape of peach cake. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface. You can put half dates, sesame or raisins in it.

6. 

   Step6:Preheat the oven at 150180 degrees. Put it in the middle layer. Heat the upper and lower tubes for 1215 minutes.
