I like to eat cucumber and pickles. This is my first time to make it. I asked my family to make it.
Step1:Cut the long part of cucumber and cut it into strips. Put a layer of cucumber and a layer of salt. Marinate it for two days. After marinating, press the water out with wood and stone. Press it for one day and one night. Boil the soy sauce in water and salt the first night. Cool it out the next morning.
Step2:After pressing, dice the cucumber, the garlic, the ginger and the chilli. If you like, put some diced, monosodium glutamate, sugar and the cucumber into the container. Pour in the soy sauce
Cooking tips:How much seasoning do you want? Put it in the refrigerator after pickling. If you don't like chili, you can leave it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
