Step6:Fold the right side of the patch from 1 / 3 to the left. Fold the left side to the right. Roll thin again. Brush the taro with oil. Fold. Repeat three times.
Step7:Ten minutes after three folds of the dough wake up, cut each into three sections and braid them outward and put them into the mold.
Step8:Add water to the bottom plate of the oven. Put the baking net on the middle and lower layer of the oven. Put the mould on the baking net. Adjust the function key of the oven to fermentation. Adjust the time to 40 minutes for secondary fermentation. When the hair is twice the size, rinse the top liquid and put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven. Heat it up to 175 ℃ and lower it down to 175 ℃ for 20 minutes.
Cooking tips:1. The baking time and temperature of bread should be set according to each person's own oven habits. 2. The bread must be completely vented. The bread tissue will not have bubbles. 3. The filling can be adjusted according to your taste. You can also put red bean paste, purple potato or no corn oil. 4. When folding, try not to break it.
