Inspiration comes from the almost lost stir fried double crispy (ingredients - pork tripe tip and tender chicken gizzard). Only chicken gizzards are used here.
Step1:The chicken gizzard only takes the bulging two pieces of meat. Remove the white fascia on the outside and the wrinkled skin on the inside as much as possible. Then cut the thin strips. Add salt, cooking wine and ginger powder to the bottom and remove the smell. Stir in some starch before cooking.
Step2:Oil heated to Six point seven Heat up. Pour in chicken gizzards. Stir fry.
