I've been eating a fat reduction meal recently. I'm always thinking about what to eat. Look at the beef tenderloin in the refrigerator. I'll fry it with fresh mushrooms.
Step1:Put a little peanut oil in the pot. Stir fry ginger and garlic.
Step2:Wash the fresh mushrooms and slice them. Put them in the oil pan and stir fry.
Step3:Put the cut beef tenderloin into the pot meat. The meat can be marinated for 20 minutes with starch, rice wine and raw soy sauce. The meat will be tender. I didn't marinate because I didn't want to use starch.
Step4:Stir fry beef tenderloin and put in rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and some salt. Sprinkle with scallion and serve.
Step5:Dish out the pot. Some parsley will taste better.
Step6:It's dinner.
