It's my first attempt. I made it on my birthday.
Step1:Cut the front and back of the chicken wings. Cut the chicken leg meat into pieces. Marinate it with raw soy sauce, cooking wine and salt. It's better to marinate it for a while.
Step2:Wash and cut all the side dishes. Put in oil, salt, pepper powder and pepper powder and mix well.
Step3:Start to set the plate. Turn on the mild fire (I opened the mild fire 600). Add three spoonfuls of oil to the bottom of the pot. Put the side dishes, chicken leg meat and chicken wings. Keep them stuffy for 15 minutes.
Step4:Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6 tablespoons of oil consumption, 2 tablespoons of starch and some chili powder. Pour the sauce on the surface. Keep it stuffy for five minutes.
Step5:The last step. Add cilantro. Half a minute.
Step6:It's ready to eat.
