Cooking tips:1. When making pearls, add cocoa powder. The color will be closer to the pearls on the market. If not, you can leave it alone. The color will be lighter. 2. Water must be boiling. Add cassava starch and cocoa powder quickly. Otherwise, it may fail. When boiling pearls, you should wait for the water to boil before putting them. 3. The size of pearls can be determined according to personal preference. 4. After the pearl is cooked, it needs to be soaked in water for standby. Otherwise, it may stick together. It can be frozen before cooking. 5. The concentration of the tea can be adjusted by itself. If you like the strong taste of the tea, you can use the broken tea to boil it or use it for a while. I used two kinds of tea. One is a relatively complete tea. The other is broken tea. So there will be some tea granules in the powder. It's the effect I want. 6. I use the egg tarts mold.
