Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Prepare to dry red mushroom and razor clam. Soak for half an hour. Cut vegetables into sections. Slice ginger and garlic. Cut tofu into small pieces. Beat two eggs into a bowl and mix well.

Add a spoonful of Tangwang seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes. Pour in the national mustard and tofu. Cook for 5 minutes. Cook for half a minute and turn off the heat.

Cooking tips:No soup king, no razor clam. Tofu and eggs are just my personal preference. I don't like them. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
