Very simple and ordinary
Step1:Prepare to dry red mushroom and razor clam. Soak for half an hour. Cut vegetables into sections. Slice ginger and garlic. Cut tofu into small pieces. Beat two eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Step2:Oil hot pot. Pour in the eggs and stir fry. Stir in the ginger and garlic under the oil to make the flavor. Pour in the red mushroom and razor clam. Stir for one minute. Pour in the water. Add a spoonful of Tangwang seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes. Pour in the national mustard and tofu. Cook for 5 minutes. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and a spoonful of salt (according to the actual situation). Pour in the vegetables. Cook for another three minutes. Add rice flour. Cook for half a minute and turn off the heat.
Cooking tips:No soup king, no razor clam. Tofu and eggs are just my personal preference. I don't like them. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
