Chocolate biscuit (pure cocoa)

I've bought a lot of cocoa powder. It's about to expire. I want to use it all at once. I can't use it much to make cakes. It's more practical to make biscuits. A lot of recipes need chocolate. But I didn't add it. In my opinion, baking is to innovate. Don't be the same. It just increases the amount of butter (I do more to use up cocoa powder. If you refer to my practice, it is suggested to halve the amount)

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Butter softening at room temperatur

  2. Step2:Beat the eggbeater until it's white and swolle

  3. Step3:Add the icing, sift and mix wel

  4. Step4:Add egg liquid three time

  5. Step5:Mix well every time, then add egg liqui

  6. Step6:It's like three times after the egg is added

  7. Step7:Mix in cocoa powder and low flour. It's hard to mix butter when it's cold in winter. I knead it directly by hand

  8. Step8:Pull it to the same size. Knead it and put it in the baking pan. There should be a gap when putting it. It will expand when baking. Avoid sticking together.

  9. Step9:Put it in the middle of the oven. Heat it up and down at 165 ℃ for 20 minutes OK. The reproduction of the finished product picture is more interesting, and the taste is crispy. According to your own taste, you can add peanut chips and high-temperature chocolate chips to make it more perfect.

  10. Step10:Of course. It's no trouble. You can use a rolling pin to roll thin and then use a biscuit mold to press out a beautiful model. This is my picture of making biscuits. I've done a lot this time. I'm also ready to go.
