Step5:Brush with scallion oil (other oils may be used instead). Do not oil the bottom of the dough. Then sprinkle salt and onion evenly. It doesn't need too much uniformity.
Step6:Roll it up. Make sure it's tight. Put water on the place without oil painting before. Roll it up.
Step7:Sprinkle flour on the chopping board first. Cut off both ends of the roll. Cut it evenly into thumb width.
Step8:Point the section of the dosage at yourself. Press it to the end with chopsticks in the middle of the dough. Then hold both sides with your hands and stretch them to the bottom and pinch them tightly. Slightly elongated. Roll around your thumb. The rolls are stacked in layers. It seems complicated. In fact, it's easy to wrap. After the dough is rolled up, wait for it to be cut into equal width pieces. Remember to press it in the middle of each roll with chopsticks first, then pull it gently to both sides along the direction of chopsticks indentation, and finally roll it up from the fingers downward.
Step9:Wake up at room temperature for 40 minutes. Boil the water and steam for 10 minutes.
