I don't know how long ago, my boyfriend met a gourmet colleague in the company and shared a Dousha cake to him. He became a foodie fan in a flash. I'm afraid he didn't go home with his female colleague. It's a digression. It's been more than a year since he joined douguo. Now, I'm just beginning to share and exchange food with you. Let's start from making this hongdousha ✌️
Step1:Wash 200g red beans. Soak in 500g clear water for one nigh
Step2:The soaked red beans look like this (I take a picture of the water). This step can be ignored.
Step3:Put the soaked beans and water together into the electric rice cooker to cook or cook porridge. I use the forwick small American pot here. It's more versatile
Step4:Put the cooked red beans into the blender and smash them. Then pour them into a non stick pot or a casserole and stir fry them to dry them to a certain degree
Step5:Finally, add sugar and oil and continue to stir fry evenly. If you like to dry a little, stir fry for a while. Otherwise, stir fry for a while less. I use 80g of white sugar coconut oil 100g. Add sugar according to your taste. If you like the key flavor, add lard or butter or coconut oil not like, add olive oil and corn oil.
Step6:Finished product. Meimeida. Make bean paste bread tomorro
Cooking tips:1. I use 100g coconut oil, 80g white sugar, and the sweetness varies according to my own taste. 2. The prepared bean paste can't be used up at a time. You can put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. Take it out and defrost it when you use it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
