Step1:Tear cauliflower into small pieces. Soak in light salt water for 5 minutes. Rinse and drain thoroughly. (if the cauliflower is too old, you can blanch it in hot water first.
Step2:Pixian bean paste is chopped with a knife. It's finely sliced. Slice the green onion, slice the garlic, and break two slices of dried chili.
Step3:Heat the pot. Pour in the oil. When the oil is warm, put in Pixian bean paste.
Step4:Stir fry red oil in medium and small heat. Add dried pepper, pepper and fragrant leaves. Stir fry for 30 seconds.

Cooking tips:Cabbage flowers should be long and loose. Old cauliflower can be blanched in hot water. Do not add water to stir fry cauliflower. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
