Every time I eat Korean food, my favorite is the free pumpkin soup. At last, I started to make it by myself at home. It's simple and hard to miss. It's cold in summer and hot in winter. It's very good.
Step1:Wash the pumpkin and peel it, then cut it into small cubes for standby (it is convenient for the mixer to make mud more easily in the following steps
Step2:Put the diced pumpkin into a bowl and steam in a steamer for about 12 minutes (no need for fresh film)
Step3:Take out the steamed pumpkin, put it in the mixer and stir it into the mud. Pour the water in the bowl together
Step4:Pour the pumpkin puree into the pot. Pour in a small amount of milk. Put in white sugar, cream and glutinous rice powder and stir well over low heat.
