The bread is delicious. It's soft. It's sweet. Mango doesn't seem to taste very good. Maybe mango just softens bread in it. Or is my mango not strong enough? Anyway, the delicious bread should be recorded. Recommend it to everyone
Step1:Mix the high gluten flour and salt in the mixing basin. Add instant yeast, ginger and brown sugar. Add the softened butter. Knead the flour and butter by hand to form small particles.
Step2:Stir mango meat into mud. Add in flour. Add honey into water to make honey water. Finally, slowly add honey water to knead the flour until it becomes a ball.
Step3:Knead the dough by machine or by hand to the expansion stage. Ferment to twice the size once. It will take about 1 hour.
Step4:Take out the fermented dough and exhaust. Add raisins. Knead evenly. Let stand for 15 minutes and relax.
Step5:The flabby dough is divided into two equal parts. The dough is rubbed to 25cm long. Carefully screw the two dough together to form a hemp pattern. Knead the two ends and put them on the baking tray with oil spray on the surface. The second fermentation lasts for 40 minutes.
Step6:Brush the surface of the dough with egg liquid. Put it into the oven of 425f / 220 degree. Bake for 30min. Or until the surface is golden. Finally, put the baked bread on the net rack to cool, and sprinkle with sugar powder for decoration.
