Step1:First, add flour into water slowly. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover with a thin cloth and wake up for 40 minutes.
Step2:Put the dough into the basin. Pour about 100ml of water each time. Knead the dough like washing clothes.
Step3:When the dough turns white, pour the water into another large basin. Repeat 6 times until the dough is completely clear. Only the part of the gluten is left. The gluten can be steamed and cut into pieces and eaten with cold skin. It's very nutritious.

Step9:I use sesame, peanut and dry red pepper to cut the chili oil. Put it in the hot oil for a while and pour it into the cold skin.
Cooking tips:1. Be patient in the process of facial cleanser. See that the water turns white many times, and finally the rest of the gluten is finished. 2. The surface water washed out shall be fully precipitated for one night. 3. It is better to brush a thin layer of oil before pouring the thick flour paste into the flat plate. It is more convenient to take out the whole cold skin smoothly. Oil should also be applied between the face and the skin to avoid adhesion. 4. The cold skin can be taken out as soon as it becomes transparent. Steaming for too long will cause too hard. 5. Add cucumber shreds on the cold skin. Use sesame, peanuts and dried red pepper.
