Step1:Soak dried mushrooms in warm water. Cut the lean pork into small slices. Add all seasonings except vegetable oil and mix well. Dice potatoes, carrots and mushrooms.
Step2:Hot wok. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Stir in diced mushroom and stir fry. Add in the lean pork and stir well. Add in the carrot, diced potato and corn and stir slightly. Pour the washed rice into the wok and stir fry for a while.

Cooking tips:Tips-1. When pouring all the materials into the electric rice pot, stir them with chopsticks, because the rice will stick together during the frying process. 2.
