Step1:Remove the skin and bones of the black fish, take the clean meat and dice it. Put in a little cooking wine, salt and water lake powder to marinate.
Step2:Lotus root peeled and diced, blanched and cooked. Dry pepper and diced. Ginger and green bean for use.
Step3:When the oil is 50% hot in the pot, stir in the ginger. Stir in the hot pepper and lotus root. Stir in the pickled fish and stir fry when it is ripe. Add salt, a little sugar and abalone sauce to taste.
