Step1:A box of shelled broad beans for use. After soaking the raw broad bean in water for many times, remove the buds on the upper side of the bean flap and drain for standby.
Step2:Take the big stuff and pepper. Rinse them for use. Mix the broad beans with the spices. Steam in a steamer (about 8 minutes).
Step3:Making onion oil - wash and chop the onion. Heat it with oil in the pot. Put the chopped onion into the pot. Fry it over medium and low heat until it's burnt and drained
Step4:Pour the cooked broad beans into the preheated casserole. Pour the hot onion oil into the seasoning, mix it up a little, cover it and soak it for a while, then serve.
