There are many ways to make prawns. No matter it's Curry, spicy, dry pot or fried garlic in typhoon shelter, each of them makes prawns unique.

Step2:In a small bowl, pour 4 tbsp of soy sauce into the bowl, then pour 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar and some white pepper into the bowl, and mix well for use
Step3:Cut ginger into thin slices and lettuce into oblique slices
Step4:Boil the water in the pot. Add a little oil. Put in the lettuce and cut it off (about 30 seconds). Remove the supercooled water. Drain the water and spread it on the edge of the plate
Step5:Put oil in the pot and heat it up. Add ginger and stir fry. Then add Arctic shrimp and stir fry slightly
Step6:Then pour in the whole bowl. Heat until the juice is slightly dry
Step7:Pour in a little sesame oil and pepper before leaving the pot.
Cooking tips:1. In the cooking process, the amount of seasoned soy sauce can be increased slightly according to the amount of shrimp to achieve the effect of ruddy color. 2. The sauce must be thoroughly stirred. At the end of pouring, there should be no residual sugar at the bottom. If there is, it can be washed with less water and poured into the pot; 3. Arctic shrimp should be available in the supermarket. If you can't buy it, you can also use other shrimp instead of cooking.
