I prefer to use a pressure cooker to cook porridge in a small heat. It's quick and convenient. The porridge tastes good.
Step1:Clean the meat and bone
Step2:Wash and soak rice for standby
Step3:Soak the vegetables in light salt water for more than 15 minutes after washing

Step5:Put a little water (23 bowls) into the pressure cooker again. Pat a piece of ginger and a green onion knot. Mix in more salt (make the soup salty enough to make the meat bones taste). Cover the lid and valve of the cooker. Turn the heat to a low heat for 10 minutes
Step6:Put the soaked rice into the pressure cooker with half of the pressure
Step7:Then add some water, cover the lid of the pot, turn the heat to a low heat for 15 minutes, and open the pressure cooker after the air pressure is exhausted
Step8:Put the shredded green vegetables into the pot and add some salt, chicken essence and pepper.
