Cooking Steps

   Step1:Half corn flour and half white flour are put in the basin.

   Step2:With corn.

   Step3:And some pecans.

   Step4:Add a spoonful of yeast.

   Step5:Stir well with chopsticks. Add another tablespoon of sugar.

   Step6:Pour in the milk and stir with chopsticks.

   Step7:Stir into a batter that is not too thin. Put on the lid and ferment.

   Step8:After the hair is done, stir it again evenly. Heat the pan with oil. Scoop up the batter with a spoon and put it into the pan to spread it into cakes.

   Step9:It's good to have both sides cooked.
