Step1:Cut pork tenderloin into shreds (not too fine). Mix with salt, chicken essence and starch. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Step5:Put cauliflower in the pot. Stir evenly.
Step6:Put in the end of pickled mustard and stir fry the shredded pork loin evenly, then start the pot.
