Step1:Wash all vegetables. Cut potatoes, lotus root, Pleurotus eryngii, mushrooms and carrots into large pieces. Pinch the beans into one inch long section
Step2:Cut the chicken and pork into large pieces. Mix with a small amount of flour, salt and soy sauce
Step3:Clean up the split shell of the crab. Split it in two parts
Step4:Peel garlic and slice ginger. Put pepper, dried pepper, cinnamon and star anise on the plate for standby

Step8:Stir fry the crab for 12 minutes
Step9:Mix a tablespoon of red pepper powder, a tablespoon of seafood sauce and a tablespoon of spicy sauce into the pot. Stir well
Step10:Pour the sliced meat and vegetables into the pot. Add some salt, chicken essence, pepper and delicious soy sauce and stir well. Transfer into the dry pot.
