Step1:Wash the pumpkin, remove the skin and cut into small pieces. Steam until soft and rotten, then mash it into mud while it's hot (I use the little golden melon. It's very sweet. There's no sugar. If it's a common pumpkin, you can add some sugar appropriately).
Step2:Add the glutinous rice flour into the pumpkin puree. Stir with chopsticks to make it snowflake like. Knead it into smooth dough.
Step3:Divide the dough into equal sized preparations. Each preparation is rubbed into spheres and pressed into cakes.
Step4:Put in the bean paste filling, and then press it into a pie shape. Put in the white sesame and stick it on both sides.
Step5:Brush a thin layer of oil evenly in the pan. Fry the pumpkin pie on both sides of the pan.
Cooking tips:1. Mash the pumpkin when it's steaming and rotting. It's delicate and even. 2. Add glutinous rice flour and knead until it is not sticky. If it is too dry, it will not stick to sesame. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
