The coarse grain is matched with the small glutinous rice dumplings made by myself. The congee made by adding a proper amount of crystal sugar according to my own preference is sticky and thick. Step1:Wash job's tears and mung beans. Soak for more than 1 hour. Add proper amount of water. Add in crystal sugar according to your taste. Put into the electric pressure cooker and select the porridge function to stew for 15 minutes.
Step2:Wait for the high-pressure cooker to cool down and depressurize slightly, open the lid of the cooker, put in the made glutinous rice dumplings. Do not pressurize them, and then boil them until the dumplings are cooked.
Cooking tips:It's an electric pressure cooker. After decompression, because of the residual temperature, the porridge in the cooker is still open. You can directly lower the small dumplings. If you use an ordinary cooker, you don't need to reduce the pressure. Take the porridge and boil the open pot. You can directly lower the small dumplings. Prevent the small dumplings from sticking to the pot after they are put into the pot. Stir them with a spoon properly. Do not cook the small dumplings for too long. Small dumplings can be made by themselves or bought out of the box. Make small dumplings by yourself. If you want to make them shiny, it's not easy to boil them. It's better to make them according to glutinous rice flour - Chengfen = 3-1. Bingtang can also be porridge cooked. Add according to personal taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
