Step1:Wash the bean sprouts, cut the garlic, cut the red peppers, cut the ginger, cut the onion.
Step2:Put oil in the pot. Add pepper, scallion and ginger to stir fry when it's 70% hot.
Step3:Add the bean sprouts and some cooking wine and stir fry for a while.
Step4:Stir fry the garlic sprouts and red pepper shreds until they are broken.
