Step1:Knead all the ingredients (except butter and meat floss) into dough. I use the bread machine and flour procedure. Add butter after 15 minutes. Knead the dough to the fascia for basic fermentation. Ferment to 2. When it's 5 times larger, divide it into 8 parts. Knead it for 15 minutes and relax (I baked two plates).
Step2:Roll the dough into an oval shape. Press the bottom thin. Spread the meat floss. Roll it into olive shape from top to bottom
Step3:Drain into baking tray and ferment to twice the siz
Step4:Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the bread. Sprinkle with oatmeal.
Step5:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Bake the middle layer on the fire for 20 minutes.
