Step1:Half a jin of quail eggs. Wash them. Put them in the pot. Add tea, soy sauce, salt, pepper, seasoning and so on. It's like boiling tea eggs.
Step2:Peel off the shell of the boiled quail eggs and soak them in the soup overnight.
Step3:Add minced onion, ginger, salt and starch to the meat filling and mix well. If the meat is very dry, you can add less water.
Step4:Heat oil in the pot. Wrap quail eggs with meat stuffing. Fry them in the pot. This step can't be filmed by one person, so I omitted it. When wrapping eggs with meat stuffing, dip your hands in water. This way, the meat stuffing will not stick to your hands.
Step5:Take out the fried eggs and meat. Reserve less oil in the pot. Mix tomato sauce, sugar and vinegar into juice and boil them in the pot.
Step6:Put the fried eggs in the pot and stew for two minutes.
