Step1:Wash the main ingredients. Cut the green shoots, warm beancurd, lotus root and millet into the same slices as the flowers. Cut the corn into sections. Cut the flowers on the fresh mushrooms. Prepare for use after treatment.
Step2:Prepare a large glass pot. Wash the raw materials to be eaten and stack them up from bottom to top according to the degree of maturity tolerance. I usually stack them up from bottom to top according to the order of mushrooms, corn, green shoots, beancurd, fresh mushrooms, lotus root slices, hairy crabs, large shrimps.
Step3:In another frying pan, put some cooking oil into it and stir fry pepper, scallion, ginger slices and garlic until fragrant. Put in the bottom material of the hot pot and stir fry until it is scattered.
Step4:Put the chicken soup ingredients on the big pot. Pour the hot pot bottom ingredients on the stacking materials. If there is residue in the pot, rinse with a little water and pour it into the big pot. Don't waste it.
Step5:Then add cooking oil and stir fry the bell pepper separately and pour it into the pot. Cover the big pot and boil.
Step6:Turn off the heat one minute after the soup is boiled. The pot is very warm and can be eaten after 5 minutes.
