Step1:Scale crucian carp. Remove internal organs and wash.
Step2:Wash and slice tofu.
Step3:Blanch in the boiling water pot. Drain.
Step4:Heat the pan with oil. Fry the crucian until both sides are yellowish.
Step5:Put in tofu slices, ginger slices, cooking wine and some water.
Step6:Bring to a boil over a large heat. Reduce the heat and cook until the soup is creamy white. Season with salt and monosodium glutamate. Sprinkle in chopped green onion.
